The DEF allows to know the demand and to control the capacity. With access to historical and real time data it allows to improve operations in the short term with a feedback system. In addition, in the medium-long term it helps to improve planning, minimize response time and therefore allows critical situations to be anticipated.

Data is obtained using three technologies with a common element: Deep Learning. These solutions are available separately or in an integrated way (Passenger Analytics):


People counting by 3D image and entry/exit trajectories. Maximum market reliability. 3D people counter with automatic door counting of maximum reliability and precision. We start from a high resolution 3D image, invariable to changes in light, shadows and reflections and with a guaranteed reliability of 98%. Improvements Deep learning: People and pattern detection (children, PMR, cars …).


Surface occupation based on 2D images (CCTV or on demand). Platforms, cars, wagons, canopies, stations, … Pulse calculates the occupation in real time on a 2D image. It allows to work with load bands with very high reliability. It does not require new hardware: it can be integrated with existing security cameras. The load history allows to generate predictive models to prevent problems.


Anonymous tracking of smartphones to find out individual routes, habits and typologies of users. MAC address detection: compressed and encrypted on the device (hash). Origin-destination matrices: wifi paths combined with door counting, validators and/or loading. Passenger clustering: by recurrence and trip type.
