Salesforce CMS is a hybrid content management system, where you can curate and share content, manage multiple language versions of your content, and control who creates what. Use Salesforce CMS to create, manage, and deliver content from a central location, and then share that content across multiple channels.

In CMS Workspaces, you create content, define content access, and define channels so you can share content easily and limit access to appropriate contributors. Create separate CMS workspaces to differentiate internal and external information, different geographies, or even different campaigns.

Content created in a CMS workspace is shared with all the channels that you add to that workspace. Other contributors can curate that content from within each community, and decide who sees it and how it appears.
